Singapore DAIWA Pte. Ltd is a company that deals  with Importers & Exporters and they are currently have a job opening for the Sales Coordinator position.

Job Responsibilities:

Support Sales Activities
Liaise with corporate group company which has manufacturing function.
Prepare and vetting through shipping documents.
Plan and cooperate with group companies (including factories & related companies) and logistics/freight forwarding partners in shipping and delivery matters to ensure smooth delivery.
Inventory Control and Stock movement analysis
Update and register products item master data in SAP system
Assists in annual stock-take.
Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirement:

Proficient Skills of English.
Japanese language is required for liaising with internal management/Japan HQ
Experience in ERP Inventory management system preferred.
Hospitality mind-set
Team-oriented, proactive, independent.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

Other Information:

Location: Raffles Place
Working Days/Hours: 5 days / 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: Up till S$3,200.00 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
