YAMATO TRANSPORT (S) PTE.LTD. is a moving, courier, freight and logistics company that is currently looking to hire the following positions as follows:

 

Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Job Title : Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking)
Division/Department : Moving Branch
Reports To : Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, Manager, Assistant General Manager
Supervise Subordinates : Officer, Assistant, Packer, Driver
Work Location : 61 Alexandra Terrace, Harbour Link Complex, #05-05, Singapore 119936
Work Days : Mon – Fri (8:30am – 5:30pm), Alternate Saturdays (8:30am – 12:30pm)
Nationality : Singaporean (preferred), PR Holders, Work Permit, LTVP Holders
Salary Range : $2800 – $3500

Specific Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for day to day management of all aspects of customer service.
  • Attend to general inbound enquiries, requests and feedbacks received via phone and e-mails
  • Work well with overseas relocation team to ensure exceponally high standard of service is being delivered.
  • To search and follow up on sales leads.

Job Specifications/Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and able to communicate with clients from Japan.
  • JLPT Proficiency (N1 or N2).
  • Candidate must have an excellent sales strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Candidate must have a pleasant demeanour, friendly and a positive attitude to function within a team based environment.
  • Able to work with all levels of people with diverse cultures/backgrounds.
  • Possess an outgoing and affable personality.
  • Preferable to have customer service experience
  • A team player

 

Customer Service Executive (Japanese Speaking)- Moving Branch

Job Title : Customer Service Executive (Japanese Speaking)
Division/Department : Moving Branch
Reports To : Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, Manager, Assistant General Manager
Supervise Subordinates : Officer, Assistant, Packer, Driver
Work Location : 61 Alexandra Terrace, Harbour Link Complex, #05-05, Singapore 119936
Work Days : Mon – Fri (8:30am – 6pm)
Nationality : Singaporean (preferred), PR Holders, Work Permit, LTVP Holders
Salary Range : $2500 – $3200

Specific Responsibilities:

  •  Responsible for day to day management of all aspects of customer service
  • Attend to general inbound enquiries, requests and feedbacks received via phone and e-mails
  • Support overseas relocation team to execute daily activities and meet objectives associated with all tasks assigned
  • And any other administrative duties as assigned

Job Specifications/Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and able to communicate with clients from Japan.
  • JLPT Proficiency (N1 or N2).
  • Diploma or Degree or its equivalent
  • Min. 1 year in Customer Service & Administrative support role; proficient in MS Office in particular EXCEL and WORD
  • Positive disposition with high energy to learn new things; highly organized and ability to multi-tasks
  • High inter-personal skills; ability to interact with all levels of personnel so as to achieve smooth communications

 

Customer Service Executive (Japanese Speaking)- Freight Forwarding Branch

Job Title : Customer Service Executive (Japanese Speaking)
Division/Department : Freight Forwarding Branch
Reports To : Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, Manager
Supervise Subordinates : Officer, Assistant
Work Location : 61 Alexandra Terrace, Harbour Link Complex, #05-05, Singapore 119936
Work Days : Mon – Fri (8:30am – 6pm)
Nationality : Singaporean (preferred), PR Holders, Work Permit, LTVP Holders
Salary Range : $2200 – $3000

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Process invoice billing & costing for shipments and cross trades.
  • Generate Excel Data Sheet for clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing/invoicing to customers.
  • Liaise with other inter-departments, overseas agents and clients.
  • Perform shipping duties and any other adhoc assignments

Job Specifications/Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and able to communicate with clients from Japan.
  • JLPT Proficiency (N1 or N2).
  • Good communication skills
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Applications (especially Microsoft Excel)
  • Working hours : 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday – Friday)
  • May require to work on weekends (once per 1-2 months)
